Ang Pagdadalaga Ni Maxi

Wee. After waiting for so long, I was finally able to watch 'Ang Pagdadalaga Ni Maximo Oliveros". And wow. All I can say is AWW and WOAH. A real great film indeed. Just like what the Inquirer reviews have been writing about. Well, actually, it was more than what I expected it to be.It was just so real and moving. No hypocrisy at all.The family of Maxi was inspriring, very supportive and loving. They were what real families are suppose to be like. Their financial status in life was not a hindrance for them to be a happy family. Maxi was a real person. It didn't really matter if Maxi was a he trying to be a she, because all that mattered was that he was not being a hypocrite. He was true to himself (or herself) and was not hurting anyone. It's funny though, how people hurt you, but you on the other hand are not doing anything to them...

Yaaaaah.
